We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150 AUD. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $10 AUD applies for standard delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for delivery within 1-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain apparel and drinkware items must have all tags and seals intact.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free installment options including Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our gear is built to last. Our drinkware and bags come with a limited 3 to 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your investment is protected.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can request a change within 1 hour of placement; however, once the order has reached our warehouse, we are unable to make modifications.
